VideoBardo, archivo de videopoesía, fundado en 1996, convoca a artistas a enviar obras para su archivo en vistas a futuras muestras, a realizarse en forma itinerante en diversas ciudades del mundo en fechas a determinar. Esta convocatoria es permanente a fin de mantener nuestro archivo actualizado.
1. Se recibirán videopoesías de tematica libre y en cualquier idioma, aunque preferentemente subtituladas en español, sin limite de duración.
2. Los trabajos serán seleccionados por VideoBardo para su proyección durante las muestras y festivales y no habrá premios. Dado el carácter independiente de VideoBardo, éste no cuenta con medios financieros para pagar honorarios o gastos de envío a los artistas participantes. En caso de surgir alguna posibilidad de pago VideoBardo lo consultará oportunamente con el artista.
3. Una vez finalizado el Festival los videos no serán devueltos sino que pasarán a formar parte del archivo de VideoBardo para futuras muestras sin fines de lucro, tanto en Argentina como en otros países. El envio de las obras implica que los artistas autorizan la proyección de sus trabajos por los medios que VideoBardo considere para su difusión. El derecho de autor sobre la obra es propiedad exclusiva del artista realizador de la obra quien permite a Videobardo su exhibición y difusión.
4. Los videos deben ser enviados en norma pal y en formato DVD.
5. Los DVD deberán llevar escritos los siguientes datos: título, nombre del artista, nacionalidad, mail, duración.
6. Se deberá acompañar la siguiente ficha técnica:
- Título de la obra
- Duración
- Año de realización
- DIRECTOR: Nombre / Nacionalidad / E-mail / Web / Dirección / Currículum
- POETA: Nombre / Nacionalidad / E-mail / Web / Currículum
7. Cada artista puede enviar más de un trabajo si así lo desea.
8. Las obras deben ser enviados por correo o entregadas personalmente a la siguiente dirección :

9. El envio del material implica la aceptación de estas bases y todo aspecto no contemplado en este reglamento será resuelto por VideoBardo.

VideoBardo, videopoetry archive, founded in 1996, call to artists to send work for the archive and future itinerant exhibitions in cities all around the world with undetermined date. This call is open all the year long and its aim is to keep the archive up to date.
1. Videopoems of any subject and language would be admitted; please, include Spanish subtitles when it would be needed. There is no length term.
2. All the works would be selected by VideoBardo for their screening in different shows and festivals. There will not be any prices. Due to the independent and no profit character of VideoBardo, it has not financial resources for artist fees or expenses for the participants. However, in case of any possibility of payment for the artist, he or she would be informed and asked by VideoBardo.
3. Once the Festival would be finished, the videos will not be returned; they would be part of the VideoBardo's archive for future screenings with no profit motiv in mind, in Argentina or abroad. The sending of the works would mean that the artist agree with the screening of the video piece and its use in any media that VideoBardo considers useful for the spreading. The artist would keep all the rights and the property of the piece, and VideoBardo is only authorized for its exhibition and spreading.

5. The DVDs must be labeled with the title of the work, the artist's name, nationality, e-mail, and length.
